Basketball Game Preview: Stevenson Ambassadors vs. Monroe Campus

The Stevenson Ambassadors will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Monroe Campus at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Stevenson is looking for their season's first win.

Stevenson is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took an 81-68 hit to the loss column at the hands of Brandeis on Monday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Wednesday (61), the Ambassadors still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Monroe Campus was just a bucket shy of victory on Monday and fell 53-52 to Marshall Academy. The match marked Monroe Campus' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Monroe Campus' defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-3. As for Stevenson, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Stevenson might still be hurting after the 93-68 defeat they got from Monroe Campus in their previous matchup back in January. Can Stevenson avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
