Basketball Recap: Olney Finds Home Court Redemption Against Franklin Towne

There's no place like home for Olney, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 68-61 win over the Franklin Towne Warriors on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Trojans: when they faced off against the Warriors back in January, they had to take a 69-67 loss.

Franklin Towne's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nyel Waters, who posted 19 points. Carlo Quattrone was another key player, putting up 17 points.

The victory got Olney back to even at 11-11. As for Franklin Towne, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-12.

Looking ahead, Olney will face off against Roxborough at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Franklin Towne does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
