After each having a week off, the ALA - Queen Creek Patriots and the Queen Creek Bulldogs will shake off the rust and duke it out  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Both come into the  matchup bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
ALA - Queen Creek is headed in fresh off scoring the most  points they have   all season. They breezed past Desert Vista to the tune of  49-7 last Friday. The Patriots not only won  last Friday, but they posted their biggest win  since September 6, 2024 (when they won  56-7).
  Britton Dewitt had a dynamite game, throwing for 252 yards and a pair of  touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also punching in one  score on the ground.  Bobby Nesbit helped  Dewitt out on the ground, rushing for 93 yards and one  TD on only 11 carries.
Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Queen Creek, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  back in September. They took down Corona del Sol 28-14  last Friday. The  victory continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Aztecs: they've now won three in a row.
 Queen Creek didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as  Rj Jackson,  Henry Leavitt,  and  Colton Cox picked up one apiece. Leavitt has been hot recently, having also posted five or more  total tackles the last three times he's  played. He got in on the action too, converting a pick  into a touchdown.
 ALA - Queen Creek's first  win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Queen Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
