Patterson had won three straight on the road, but on Wednesday they bumped their record up to 16-10 to make it four. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Atwater Falcons. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Noah Cozart made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in 12 consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one double. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high.
In other pitching news, Izaya Fijman looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, he posted three strikeouts, the most he's had since back in February.
Back at the plate, the team relied heavily on Max Medina, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two runs and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Medina, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with one run.
As for Atwater, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-7-1. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for they, who until this game were averaging 3.68 runs allowed.
On Atwater's side, they got a good showing from Bryce Hernandez, who tossed four innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits.
At the plate, Landon Perez made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases and one run.
Patterson didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Mountain House on the 1st. As for Atwater, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, an 8-1 win against Buhach Colony on the 28th.
