Rosamond saw some tournament action on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the University Prep Jaguars 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Roadrunners.

Logan Castro paced Rosamond's offense, picking up seven kills. Castro got some help from Kenia Sotelo Salgado and her 19 assists. Sotelo Salgado was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Rosamond's win bumped their record up to 12-6-2. As for University Prep, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-11 record.

Rosamond has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Burroughs on the 13th. As for University Prep, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Desert Christian on the 13th.
