Having struggled with four losses in a row, Pebblebrook turned things around against Salem last Saturday. They blew past the Seminoles 58-30. That looming 58-30 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Falcons yet this season.

Meanwhile, Central Florida Christian Academy entered their tilt with Lake Mary on Friday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They were the clear victor by a 53-30 margin over the Rams. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 18th, while the Rams are ranked 79th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Central Florida Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season.
