Softball Recap: Utica Eisenhower Comes Up Short

Utica Eisenhower fell victim to Dakota and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 5-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Utica Eisenhower's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Dakota, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Utica Eisenhower is set to square off against their familiar foe Grosse Pointe North at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Dakota will take on rival Anchor Bay at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
