Rancho Verde has gone a perfect 3-0 against Perris recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Mustangs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Panthers at 3:15 p.m. The timing is sure in Rancho Verde's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while Perris has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.

Rancho Verde's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They came out on top against King by a score of 3-0.

Not much got past Ethan Montolfo, who gave up just three hits and racked up seven Ks to keep King off the board.

On the hitting side, Sebas Cazares was excellent, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Perris lost 7-1 to Desert Hot Springs on Monday.

Rancho Verde has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Perris, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.

Rancho Verde beat Perris 9-4 in their previous meeting back in April of 2019. Do the Mustangs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
