Dynamic duo of Mikah Vander Wey and Ally Heath lead Cody-Kilgore to victory

Recap: Cody-Kilgore Cowboys/Cowgirls vs. Oelrichs Tigers
On Wednesday, Cody-Kilgore beat Oelrichs 50-41.
Leading Cody-Kilgore to victory were Mikah Vander Wey and Ally Heath. Vander Wey scored eight points along with eight rebounds and three steals, while Heath scored 18 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Sadee Adamson, who scored seven points along with five rebounds.
Cody-Kilgore's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Oelrichs, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.
Cody-Kilgore will head out on the road to challenge Crawford on Friday. Hopefully Crawford focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 25 on Saturday. As for Oelrichs, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wakpala at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
