Basketball Recap: Floodwood Snags Eighth Victory in Last Nine Games

Floodwood had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They put the hurt on Carlton/Wrenshall with a sharp 68-46 win. The Polar Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.

Floodwood has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.8 points per game. As for Carlton/Wrenshall, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.
