Soccer Recap: North Penn-Liberty Takes a Loss

North Penn-Liberty lost against Williamson back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Mountie fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 2-1.

North Penn-Liberty's goal came courtesy of Truman Loudenslager, who's now up to two this season.

North Penn-Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4-1. As for Williamson, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

North Penn-Liberty has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Muncy on the 19th. As for Williamson, they will challenge Athens at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Athens have yet to allow a single goal through six matchups this season, a streak Williamson will look to end.
