Make it 14 blowout wins for the Pungo Christian Academy Raiders this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Mattamuskeet 74-36 on the road. With Pungo Christian Academy ahead 37-12 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Leading Pungo Christian Academy to victory were Austin Garrish and Maddox Lee. Garrish scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and five assists, while Lee scored 21 points along with eight steals and seven assists. Lee hasn't dropped below four steals for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Drew Van Staalduinen, who scored ten points.

Pungo Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 20-4. As for Mattamuskeet, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pungo Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next match is against the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on February 2nd. Hopefully Northeast Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 29 on Wednesday. As for Mattamuskeet, they will be playing at home against the Bears at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
