After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Chapel Hill, Central was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They blew past the Haralson County Rebels 5-2. Central might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by three goals or more this season.

Peyton Presley and Abbey Morrow scored all five of Central's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 23 goals.

Central pushed their record up to 7-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those three games. As for Haralson County, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-9.

Central didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-0 win against New Manchester on the 17th. Haralson County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
