Baseball Recap: Lindbergh Takes a Loss

After soaring to 16 runs the game before, Lindbergh was a bit more limited in their match on Wednesday. They lost 13-2 to the Interlake Saints. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Saints recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Lindbergh saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tyson Glenn-Thomas, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Lindbergh's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Interlake, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lindbergh is set to face off against their familiar foe Renton at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Interlake will square off against rival Evergreen at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
