Football Recap: Harper Creek Beats Hastings for Their Fifth Straight Victory

Harper Creek hadn't beaten Hastings on the road since September 16, 2016 but that history sure didn't bother them on Friday. The Beavers walked away with a 28-15 victory over the Saxons. The Beavers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Saxons, too.

The win was the fifth in a row for Harper Creek, bringing their record up to 6-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.2 points over those games. As for Hastings, they moved to 5-2 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
