Soccer Game Preview: Columbia vs. North Forrest

The Columbia Wildcats will head out on the road to square off against the North Forrest Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

It was a proper cat-fight when Columbia challenged Hattiesburg on Thursday. The Wildcats lost 4-0 to the Tigers.

North Forrest kicked off their season on the road last Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against Hattiesburg, falling 5-1. The contest was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly North Forrest struggled afterwards.

Columbia's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for North Forrest, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Columbia suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to North Forrest when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
