Knox had won two straight games and Myles McLaughlin did his part to make it three on Friday. The Redskins breezed past the Culver Academies Eagles to the tune of 72-24 for which the team can thank McLaughlin, who rushed for 439 yards and nine TDs while picking up 16.3 yards per carry, and also threw for 70 yards and one touchdown on only five passes. His rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his 16th straight game with at least 121 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Knox's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Culver Academies, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Knox will venture away from home to face off against Tippecanoe Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The game will give the Redskins their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Culver Academies, they will welcome Fairfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
