 The Fort LeBoeuf Bison are on the road again  on Monday to play the Union City Bears at 4:30  p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  the two teams posted some lofty  run totals in their previous games.
 Fort LeBoeuf scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Saturday. Everything went their way against North East as Fort LeBoeuf made off with  a  16-1 victory.
  Maggie Lemock was a standout: she fired off two  home runs and six  RBI while going 2-for-3.  Mya Stolz was another key contributor,  going 4-for-4 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and two  doubles.
 Meanwhile, Union City entered their tilt with Mercyhurst Prep with two consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with three. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Lakers  a   23-0 shutout  on Saturday. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest  win Union City has managed all season.
 Fort LeBoeuf's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Union City, their win was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 3-1.
 Fort LeBoeuf took their  victory against Union City  in their previous matchup  back in May of 2023 by a conclusive  10-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for Fort LeBoeuf since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
