Softball Recap: Campbell County Takes a Loss

Campbell County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 7-2 to the Corbin Redhounds.

Campbell County saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lynley Nelson, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Campbell County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Corbin, their win bumped their record up to 4-5.

Looking ahead, Campbell County will head out on the road to face off against South-Doyle at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Corbin, they will host the Camels at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
