Volleyball Recap: Andrean Comes Up Short

Andrean lost against NorthWood back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Fighting 59ers fell 2-0 to the Panthers. The Fighting 59ers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their offense was headlined by Aleece Ehler and Dani Poskin, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Emmy Ramirez and her nine assists.

Andrean now has a losing record of 1-2. As for NorthWood, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Andrean wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Homestead on the 23rd. As for NorthWood, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Hammond Bishop Noll on the 23rd.
