Volleyball Recap: Woodside Comes Up Short

Woodside lost against El Camino back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Colts. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Woodside was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into El Camino's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-20, 25-23.

Woodside's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for El Camino, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodside will take on Jefferson at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. As for El Camino, they will square off against Galileo at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
