Volleyball Recap: Amador Falls Short of Linden in the Playoffs + How To Watch

Amador and Linden squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Amador had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Buffaloes of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2017.

Amador started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-19, 28-26, 25-21.

Amador has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-14 record this season. As for Linden, they pushed their record up to 16-11 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Amador does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Linden, they will take on Sutter at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
