It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Lincoln had no problem doing just that on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Hillsboro Eagles 69-24. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 22 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Ar'Jayla Elder was her usual excellent self, putting up 17 points. She is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 17 or more in the last three games she's played. Lanae Dallas was another key player, scoring 11 points.

The victory (which was Lincoln's 11th in a row) raised their record to 34-2. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 10.4 points over those games. As for Hillsboro, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 20-10.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Tigers face off against the Panthers on Thursday. One thing working in Panther Creek's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches. Hillsboro does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
