Peebles is 10-0 against West Union since December of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Peebles Indians just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the West Union Dragons at 6:00 p.m. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Peebles and five for West Union.

On Wednesday, Peebles didn't have quite enough to beat Whiteoak and fell 45-42. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 620th, while the Wildcats are ranked 263rd).

Meanwhile, West Union came up short against Whiteoak on Thursday and fell 38-30. The game marked the Dragons' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Peebles' defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for West Union, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.

Peebles didn't have too much breathing room in their match against West Union in their previous meeting on January 6th, but they still walked away with a 44-40 win. Does Peebles have another victory up their sleeve, or will West Union turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
