Volleyball Recap: Frontier Titans vs. Centennial Golden Hawks
After flying high against Garces Memorial last Thursday, Frontier came back down to earth. The Titans took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Centennial Golden Hawks on Thursday. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Golden Hawks recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.
The final score came out to 25-14, 25-18, 21-25, 25-20.
Ameira Hardin paced Frontier's offense, picking up 14 kills. Hardin got some help from Addisyn Gardenhire and her 28 assists. Gardenhire was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.
Frontier's defeat dropped their record down to 17-15. As for Centennial, they pushed their record up to 29-10 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.
As of now, neither Frontier nor the Golden Hawks have any future games scheduled.
