Basketball Recap: Stryker Takes a Loss

Stryker was the 50-48 winner over Swanton when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Stryker Panthers received a blow on Saturday as they fell 52-36 to the Swanton Bulldogs. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stryker's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Swanton, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Stryker will take on Edgerton in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Swanton, they will be home for the holidays to greet Otsego at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Otsego knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Swanton likes a good challenge.
