Baseball Recap: Owensboro Catholic Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Owensboro Catholic's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They never let the Daviess County Panthers get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. This was a revenge game for the Aces: when they faced off against the Panthers two weeks ago, they had to take a 12-9 loss.

Luke Quinn looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He is becoming a predictor of Owensboro Catholic's success: when he allows at most three earned runs the team is 5-1 (and 7-8 when he doesn't).
