Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Wray couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. The game between the Eagles and the Limon Badgers didn't end well, with the Eagles falling 35-21. The Eagles' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Perhaps the best among those players was Austin Collins, who rushed for 94 yards and one touchdown on only 13 carries, and also threw for 178 yards and a pair of TDs. Jacob Jaklich produced another solid effort rushing for 216 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.8 yards per carry for Limon. Jaklich's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 120 rushing yards.

Wray's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Limon, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1.

Wray does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Limon, they will head out on the road to take on Buena Vista at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Badgers 10.8, the Demons 9.9) so any points scored will be well earned.
