Football Recap: Narragansett Regional Takes a Loss

If Narragansett Regional was feeling good fresh off their 39-0 takedown of Montachusett RVT last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Warriors fell 42-35 to the Oakmont Regional Spartans on Friday. The Warriors were not able to make up for their loss to the Spartans from their previous meeting back in September of 2022.

Narragansett Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Oakmont Regional, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Narragansett Regional will host Athol at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Oakmont Regional, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Maynard at 7:00 p.m. on October 3.
