After a string of five wins, Mountain View's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 9-5 to the Riverbend Bears. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-2 on April 4th.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Riverbend, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mountain View will square off against Charles J. Colgan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Riverbend, they will challenge Forest Park at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
