Basketball Recap: Northview Takes a Loss

After soaring to 56 points the game before, Northview was a bit more limited in their matchup on Saturday. They were dealt a 58-25 defeat at the hands of the Sunny Hills Lancers. The Vikings were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-13.

Sunny Hills got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Rian Bang out in front who posted 12 points and four steals. Immanuel Lin was another key player, putting up ten points and three steals.

Northview dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Sunny Hills, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Northview didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 54-35 defeat against La Canada on the 24th. As for Sunny Hills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 74-47 win against Lakeside on the 29th.
