Moapa Valley is a perfect 3-0 against Democracy Prep Agassi Campus since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Pirates will host the Blue Knights at 3:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Pirates have suffered since March 5th.

Meanwhile, Democracy Prep Agassi Campus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 22-3 to Virgin Valley.

Democracy Prep Agassi Campus saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kemora Williams, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

Moapa Valley's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 9-4. As for Democracy Prep Agassi Campus, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
