Hermitage piles up the points against Maggie Walker

There's no place like home for the Hermitage Panthers, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They blew past Maggie Walker 62-29 at home. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Hermitage also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Among those leading the charge was Breyona Robinson, who scored 27 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Hermitage's points. Another player making a difference was Trinity Spurlock, who scored 11 points.
Hermitage now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Maggie Walker, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hermitage will take on Mechanicsville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mechanicsville knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past five matches -- so hopefully Hermitage likes a good challenge. As for Maggie Walker, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Atlee at 7:00 p.m.
