Tomales saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jorge Lopez, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI. Lopez is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.
Victory Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Tomales, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8.
Both the two teams just can't seem to miss. Victory Christian Academy has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 8.8 hits per game. However, it's not like Tomales struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 5.6 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
