Trinity Presbyterian sees their postseason come to a close

Recap: Trinity Presbyterian Wildcats vs. Montgomery Academy Eagles
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Trinity Presbyterian Wildcats can now relate to. They were the victim of a tough 72-47 defeat at the hands of the Eagles on Wednesday. Trinity Presbyterian has struggled against Montgomery Academy recently, as their game on Wednesday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Skyler Stovall was his usual excellent self, scoring 23 points along with seven rebounds and five steals for Montgomery Academy. Stovall is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last 12 games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Seth Edwards, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
Trinity Presbyterian's defeat dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Montgomery Academy, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-7.
Trinity Presbyterian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Montgomery Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
