Volleyball Recap: Simi Valley Comes Up Short

Simi Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Camarillo Scorpions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Scorpions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-4, 25-17.

Simi Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Camarillo, the victory snapped their losing streak at six matches and leaves them with a 13-11 record.

Simi Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Camarillo, they will challenge Millikan at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
