Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tahlequah). They were the clear victor by a 61-36 margin over the Coweta Tigers on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Tahlequah has posted since January 30, 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Tahlequah and bumps their season record up to 5-7. As for Coweta, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.

Tahlequah and Coweta could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings. Tahlequah will square off against Will Rogers College at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday down 181 places (232 vs. 51). Meanwhile, Coweta (ranked 276th) will meet Memorial (ranked 25th) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
