Wallkill is 6-1 against Red Hook since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Panthers will head out to challenge the Raiders at 4:30 p.m. Wallkill is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.8 runs per game this season.

While Wallkill's win against Our Lady of Lourdes wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Panthers narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Warriors 7-6. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on Grace Rodriguez, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

Meanwhile, Red Hook can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Ellenville with a sharp 17-5 victory.

Wallkill's record now sits at 11-2. As for Red Hook, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-8 and their overall record up to 2-9.

Wallkill was able to grind out a solid victory over Red Hook when the teams last played back in May of 2022, winning 5-2. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Raiders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
