North Thurston proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Lakes Lancers 4-3. Winning may never get old, but North Thurston sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

North Thurston's win bumped their record up to 5-2-3. As for Lakes, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Thurston will square off against Capital at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lakes, they will face off against River Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lakes are facing River Ridge at the right time seeing as River Ridge are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
