McConnellsburg extended their winning streak to 15 games thanks to a huge performance from Hoyt Glenn. The McConnellsburg Spartans really took it to Fannett Metal for the full four quarters, racking up a 75-21 win thanks in part to Glenn, who almost dropped a double-double on 19 points and nine assists. What's more, he also racked up eight steals, the most he's had since back in February of 2024.

Dominic Jefferson was another key player, going 6 for 15 en route to 15 points and four steals. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

McConnellsburg pushed their record up to 16-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 37.3 points. As for Fannett Metal, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McConnellsburg will challenge Mount Union at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. McConnellsburg is facing Mount Union at the right time seeing as Mount Union is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Fannett Metal, they will head out to face off against Hancock at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
