On Saturday, Butler didn't have too much breathing room in their match against the , but they still walked away with a 56-51 win.
Danny Bennett continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 20 points. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last 14 games he's played. Jamal Small was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Butler is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 10-14 record this season. As for Hamilton/Audubon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-5.
Butler will be playing at home against the Catamounts at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Hamilton/Audubon's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on February 2nd.
