Basketball Recap: South Burlington Drops Season-High Score on Brattleboro

South Burlington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 43-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Brattleboro Bears. One positive for the Wolves, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

South Burlington's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Brattleboro, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

South Burlington didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 61-40 defeat against Bellows Free Academy on the 13th. As for Brattleboro, they will square off against Rutland at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
