Basketball Recap: Greater Life Academy Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Greater Life Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were dealt an 82-31 defeat at the hands of the Highland Park Polar Bears on Monday. Greater Life Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-10.

Highland Park has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

Greater Life Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Highland Park, they will be playing at home against Owosso Christian at 7:00 p.m. on December 31st.
