Baseball Recap: Globe Comes Up Short

If Globe was feeling good fresh off their 20-3 takedown of Miami last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Globe lost 15-0 to the Seton Catholic Sentinels on Friday.

Globe's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Seton Catholic, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Globe will face off against rival Apache Junction at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Seton Catholic is set to take on their familiar foe Valley Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
