Volleyball Preview: Layton Lancers vs. Davis Darts

Layton will bounce into Thursday's game after beating Farmington, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Layton put the hurt on Farmington with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Lancers have posted since October 1st.
While Layton won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 28-26, 25-17.
Meanwhile, Davis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Syracuse.
