Volleyball Recap: Haddam-Killingworth Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Haddam-Killingworth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 21st straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Hand Tigers. If the Cougars were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in October of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-13, 21-25, 25-16, 25-12.

Maizie Irons paced Haddam-Killingworth's offense, picking up 13 kills. Irons got some help from Juliette Harriman and her 12 assists.

Haddam-Killingworth's defeat dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Hand, their win bumped their record up to 8-11.

Haddam-Killingworth didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Portland on the 22nd. Hand does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
