Basketball Recap: Buckhorn Comes Up Short

Buckhorn was the 54-50 winner over Hazel Green when they last played one another on January 3rd, but their luck changed this time around. The Buckhorn Bucks fell 51-42 to the Hazel Green Trojans on Thursday. The match marked the Bucks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Buckhorn's defeat dropped their record down to 17-7. As for Hazel Green, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-10.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Hazel Green beat Buckhorn by a score of 51-42 on Friday.
