Softball Recap: West-Oak Warriors vs. Pendleton Bulldogs
Monday just wasn't the day for West-Oak's offense. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (3-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. The game marked that first time this year in which they were not able to get on the board.
For Pendleton's part, Lily McFarland was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Maggie Claire Williams, who went 2-for-2 with an RBI.
West-Oak's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Pendleton, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5-1 record this season.
