Moon Came Up Big in Sotomayor's 48-28 Victory

Starting off the list is Sotomayor's Chauncey Moon, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Moon rushed for 117 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, and also threw for 85 yards and a touchdown. Those 117 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Sotomayor, bringing their record for this year to 5-2. Moon and Sotomayor will be playing at home against Taft at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Harlan's victory was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1. It'll be Battle of the Birds when Hawks faces off against Stevens at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
