Basketball Game Preview: Tri-Central Trojans vs. Eastbrook Panthers

The Tri-Central Trojans just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Eastbrook Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.

On Friday, Tri-Central was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 46-41 to Taylor. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 343rd, while the Titans are ranked 145th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eastbrook). They were the clear victor by a 72-46 margin over Wes-Del on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Tri-Central has traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Eastbrook, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7.
